Architecture team based in Valencia and directed by the architects Ana Gil, Francesc de Paula Garcia y Francisco Miravete, we work developing projects, creating spaces, and product design.

Each project is the result of a continuous process of research, compromises, in search of the right meaning. This process balances different factors including cretivity, knowledge, technology, tradition, reason and emotion

CONSULTING

We aim to come up to the best solution through the research and comprehension of the preferences, culture and human behaviour. Our proceses are adapted to every challenge to unveil the really interesting perspective for our clients.

DESIGN

Architectural design. We start from a creative approach that introduces our clients in the forming of the project, working side by side with us in the search of designs wit self-identity and personal values.

Urban design. Actions with economical, social and environmental balance, capable to evolve over time and promote the active participation of the citizens creating links between citizen-city

DEVELOPMENT

Project drafting.We work on defining accurately the general features of the project, through the adoption and justifications of specific solutions. We develop details and specifications of every material, element and construction systems.

Bidding management. Technical support, with the goal to get the best technical-economical bid for the project implementation.

Construction management.

We carry out the coordination and technical, economical and esthetic interpretation of the project in order to achieve the complete construction work according to everything already stablished in the project.
